RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We strive for complete customer satisfaction at Lansky Bros. Online. We provide the best quality merchandise and the best customer service possible. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Please make sure your item is accompanied by the original sales receipt and is returned with all tags and labels still on the item. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges. We strongly suggest shipping returned packages that are easily traceable as we are not responsible for returned package that get lost in transit. If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.

What is Lansky's policy on out-of-stock items?

The inventory at Lansky changes frequently and unfortunately we cannot restock all items that we sell out of. Some items are one-of-a-kind, and we try to denote this in the item description within the online showroom. We want very much to keep our customers happy and fill all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. So, if an item is out-of-stock, you'll be informed via email ASAP so that you can make another selection or cancel that portion of your order.
